Signs Of God’s Sovereignty (L-189)

إِنَّ في خَلقِ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ
وَاختِلافِ اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ وَالفُلكِ الَّتي تَجري فِي البَحرِ بِما
يَنفَعُ النّاسَ وَما أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ السَّماءِ مِن ماءٍ فَأَحيا بِهِ
الأَرضَ بَعدَ مَوتِها وَبَثَّ فيها مِن كُلِّ دابَّةٍ وَتَصريفِ الرِّياحِ
وَالسَّحابِ المُسَخَّرِ بَينَ السَّماءِ وَالأَرضِ لَآياتٍ لِقَومٍ
يَعقِلونَ164. |

164. ‘Inna fii
khalqis-samaa-waati wal-‘arzi wakhtilaafil-layli wan-nahaari wal-fulkillatii
tajrii fil-bahri bimaa yanfa-‘un-naasa wa maaa ‘anzalGodu minas-samaaa-‘i
mim-maaa-‘in- fa-‘ahyaa bihil-‘arza ba’-da mawtihaa wa bassa fiihaa min kulli
daaabbah. Wa tas-riifir-riyaahi was-sahaabil-musakh-khari baynas-samaaa-‘i
wal-‘arzi la-‘Aayaatil-li-qawminy-ya’-qiluun. |

164. In the
creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of night and day;
in the ships that sail the oceans for the benefit of mankind; in the water
that God sends down from the sky, and revives the earth with it after it had
died, and scatters in it all kinds of creatures; in the changing of the winds,
and the clouds disposed between the sky and the earth; are signs for people
who understand. |
In this verse, God has explained uncountable signs of His power and sovereignty, so that; the mankind must think about it and admit Him as Deity and His Highness.
Creation of the earth and the skies, circulation of the day and the night, floating of the ships and the boats in the rivers and the seas, raining from the sky, the dead land seems to be alive by the rains, wandering of the animals on the earth, subduing of the airs and the clouds between the earth and the sky, if the entire these are not the Signs of the Powers and Sovereignty of God then what is this? But only those people can think about it who have sense. Any nonsense doesn’t take any lesson from anything.
