Commentary

It is apparent that none can be more well-wisher of mankind than the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him); who describes them without demanding any retaliation all matters which are good for them, and prevents them from those matters which can ruin them. Wonder is that against it they produce such loose matters which are groundless.

Messenger of Allah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) says: your Lord has sent Me along with Holy Qur’an for your guidance. Hear its verses, understand and act upon them. Opposite to it, they produce useless matters and say to the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him): We trust in them more than You (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him).

Ask from these block-head people: Are you not harming yourselves by turning away from the Revelations of Allah Almighty; Who is your Lord; and by hearing them who are ignorant? The people among you, who are wise, will speak out immediately after observing your behavior: These are ignorant people who have been digging themselves their root. They do not understand that on a Day, they will be called to account of their incivilities and arrogances. It does not mean that which you have been loosened nowadays, like this you will be saved always. O foolish people! Certainly your wicked deeds will bloom. At first, as long you will become older in the world, your all powers will begin to become less and your entire airs and vanities will become useless. Then after death, you will be beaten black and blue as much that the seers will wonder and say: Thank God, we have been saved from this doom and in the world we remained firm to the best of our ability on the Path for which Allah Almighty guided us. And we tried our best to follow up His Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him), otherwise Today we also would have been punished like them.

O people who turn away from the Revelations of Allah Almighty! Do not forget your rudeness. You will be certainly punished for it severely.
