Commentary
It is commanded: When the mankind was created, a foe of him
Satan was created also along with him, who tries to mislead him by entrapping
him in the snare of evil wishes, from that path which has been prescribed for
him. He deceives in such and such ways that an intelligent person too can be
entangled in his trap and begins to consider that transitory benefits of the
world are everything.
During this unmannerly tenure, if Someone helps the mankind,
That is Allaah Almighty, his Creator and Lord. Without inclining unto
Him, the mankind cannot stand in any way. Furious hurricanes of wishes cause to
tremble him. Swift waves of desires dash violently.
Consequently, he staggers at every footstep and suffers a lot.
He would have been ruined, but the Grace of Allaah Almighty and His
Mercy have supported him. Without His Favor, the mankind cannot live chaste. It
is His help that many people are saved from the sins. He is; Who guides the
sinners to repent. He forgives their errors and hears the call of every complainant.
He knows all circumstances of every individual. If He does neither purify to
any person by His Grace and nor settle their matters by His Mercy, then neither
anyone can be pure and nor live satisfactorily.
