Commentary
Sakh-khara – (constrained), it is a past
tense from the word taskhiir, (to constrain as a rule).
Zara-‘a – (created), it is also a past
tense from the word zar-‘un, which means “to create” and in addition, it
is used “for spreading” also.
Appearance of the day and the night, the sun and
the moon and the stars regularly at their proper time; is by the Command and
Plan of Allah Almighty. Wise people draw by observing these entire things and
their arrangements that this claim of Holy Qur’aan is hundred per cent
correct that these have been created by Allah Almighty.
Besides these all things, He has created various
kinds of things which are of diverse hues, so that; you should know Allah, the
Beneficent, the Merciful, the Omnipotent and the Wise. Those who will reflect,
certainly they will apprehend their Lord.
