Creation of fire from green tree

Chapter “YAA-SIIIN” - (YASIN) – 36

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.

 (I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلْأَخْضَرِ نَارًا فَإِذَآ أَنتُم مِّنْهُ تُوقِدُونَ 80

أَوَلَيْسَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُم 81a 

                                       

80.  Who hath appointed for you fire from the green tree, and behold! Ye kindle from it. 81a.  Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them?

80.  ‘Allazii  ja-‘ala  lakum-minash-shajaril-‘akhzari  naaran  fa-‘izaaa  ‘antum-minhu  tuuqiduun. 81a.  ‘Awa  laysAllazii  Khalaqas-samaawaati  wal-‘arza  bi-Qaadirin  ‘alaaa  ‘any-Yakhluqa  mislahum.

Commentary

It is commanded: Tokens of the Omnipotence of Allaah Almighty have been spreading in all over the universe. The person, who will watch them carefully, will come to know Allaah Almighty. When he will observe that conditions of everything change, even that one condition is entirely opposite to the other, then he can have no doubt in mankind’s coming back to life again after death. Consider it as the tree grows from the land. It is brought up by watering. We see fresh and green leaves increasing on it day by day and it remains green for a long time. When the time of its maturity reaches, it begins to become dry. Then after cutting; it is changed into wooden pieces. It is used as fire-wood and we ignite from it. Fire bursts forth into flames. Did you observe that the tree became fire from water? Besides this, there are some such green trees which produce fire if their two pieces are rubbed with each other, for example, the tree of bamboo or two trees of Arab – Markh and ‘Aqaar. It all happens by the Divine Power of Allaah Almighty, Who can create fire from the water, He is Who can reproduce a complete human body from dispersed atoms of old bones.

Can He not bring you back to life again after death Who created this splendid sky and earth? What is difficult for Him in reproducing little things like you Who made so much grand things? There is no cure if you do not use your sense properly.
