A Witness in every nation

Suratun-Nahl - (The Bee) - 16

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِى كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تِبْيَٰنًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍوَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ 89

89.  And (bethink you of) the Day when We shall raise in every nation a witness against them of their own folk, and We will bring thee (Muhammad) as a witness against them all. And We have revealed the Scripture unto thee as an exposition of all things, and a Guidance and a Mercy and good things for those who have surrendered (to Allah).

89.  Wa  yawma  Nab-‘asu  fii  kulli  ‘ummatin  shahiidan  ‘alay-him-min  ‘anfu-sihim  wa  ji’-Naa  bika  shahiidan  ‘alaa  haaa-‘ulaaa’.  Wa  nazzalNaa  ‘alaykal-Kitaaba  tibyaanal-li-kulli  shay-‘inw-wa  Hudanw-wa  Rahma-tanw-wa  Bushraa  lil-Muslimiin. (Setion 12)

       

Commentary

It is being described in these verses to the mankind that whatsoever he performs or commits in the world with his own will and intention, that should be according the Religious Law of Holy Qur’an, otherwise the result of his works will be worse. He should never think that he will slip away without accounts. Certainly, a Day will come; when from every group of human beings, their Prophet (peace be upon him) will stand as a witness against them to tell their entire circumstances. And then Chief of the entire Prophets (peace be upon them), Muhammad; the Messenger of God Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) will witness that “the Prophets (peace be upon them) are speaking the truth. In Holy Qur’an, I have been informed about their circumstances”. 

It is impossible that any individual may hide his circumstances. It is found that the last evidence will be of Holy Qur’an, and the Witness will be the last Messenger of Allah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) and in accordance with the same all decisions will be made.

Then it is commanded: O Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him)! We have revealed a Magnificent Book unto you, name of which is Holy Qur’an, in which every that thing has been mentioned clearly which is useful for the mankind in this world and in the Hereafter for the period up to the last moment of this world. Every mankind can get Guidance from It. He will find in it every advantageous thing, and defect of every injurious thing will be disclosed.
