Deniers were always losers (L-2841)
|
كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَىٰهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
25 فَأَذَاقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخِزْىَ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ
26 وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِى هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
27 قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِى عِوَجٍ لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ
28 |

25. Kazzaballaziina min- qablihim fa-‘ataahumul- ‘Azaabu min haysu laa yash-‘uruun. 26. Fa-‘azaaqahumUllaahul-khizya fil-hayaatid-dunyaa. Wa la-‘Azaabul-‘Aakhirati ‘akbar. Law kaanuu ya’-lamuun. 27. Wa laqad zarabNaa linnaasi fii haazal-Qur-‘aani min- kulli Masalil-la-‘allahum yatazak-karuun. 28. Qur-‘aanan
‘Arabiyyan gayra zii
‘iwajil-la-‘allahum yattaquun.

25.
Those before them also denied the truth, so the penalty came upon them from
where they did not perceive. 26. God
made them taste disgrace in the present life, but the punishment of the
Hereafter is worse, if they only knew. 27. We
have cited in this Quran for mankind every ideal, that they may take heed. 28. An Arabic Quran, without any defect, so they may become
righteous. |
It is commanded: These who deny Our Messenger (ﷺ) and do not heed the Book which We have sent, they should learn a lesson from the circumstances of the people of old. Such people have passed away before them who disobeyed the Prophets of Allaah (Peace be upon them) and considered that they would continue to live happily by sticking to their stubbornness. Alas! They were thinking wrong. They remained in misunderstanding that they would be saved from the seizure of God Almighty, but Our doom came suddenly on them. They did never expect that the doom of God Almighty may come in this way also. Consequently they were humiliated in the world and bought the torment of the Hereafter in addition.
If these people had sense, who have been falsifying Our Messenger (ﷺ) and Our Scripture at this time, they would have learned from the circumstances of ancient people and thought about the consequence. We have explained every matter very clearly in this Qur’an. Moreover, it is in Arabic language. If they meditate for awhile in its Commandments, they will come to know that nothing is false or crooked in it. Its object is to cause the people to know in any way. So they must fear God Almighty and correct their future by escaping from wicked deeds.
