The Authority is with Allah (L-2845)

وَمَن يَهْدِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّضِلٍّ أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٍ ذِى ٱنتِقَامٍ
37 وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ 38a |

37. Wa many-yahDillaahu famaa lahuu mim-muzill. ‘A-laysAllaahu bi-‘Aziizin- Zintiqaam. 38a. Wa
la-‘in sa-‘altahum-man khalaqas-samaawaati wal-‘arza
layaquuluu-nAllaah. |

37. And
whomever God guides, for him there is no misleader. Is God not Powerful and
Vengeful? 38a. And if you asked them, “Who created the heavens and the
earth?” they would say, “God.” |
It is commanded: They are unable to estimate the Power and Dignity of God Almighty. They consider that their gods can do whatever they wish, and O Messenger (ﷺ): They frighten you from their anger and say: Give up reproaching our idols and gods; otherwise they will punish you very severely. What has happened with their sense? Their idols are nothing entirely; which are totally helpless even before contemptible things like a fly or mosquito. What power they have before the Omnipotent? Curse of God Almighty is on such people.
God Almighty has removed them away from the right path due to their wicked deeds. No one can show them right path to whom God Almighty has removed away. However God Almighty guides them towards the right path who believe and do righteous works. None can lead him astray to whom God Almighty has shown the Straight Path. It is fact whether they understand or not that the Owner of all Powers is only God Almighty. No one has any courage to speak before Him without His permission. Surely He will punish the disobedient due to their disobedience.
It is commanded: The Truth comes out also from the mouth of the disbelievers. When you ask them, “Who created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say immediately, "Allaah." Say to them now: Then why do you leave such Omnipotent and incline towards helpless idols and false gods?
