Similitude of Believer and Idolater (L-2842)
|

29. God
cites the example of a man shared by partners at odds, and a man belonging
exclusively to one man. Are they equal in status? Praise be to God, but most
of them do not know. 30. You
will die, and they will die. 31. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, you will be quarrelling
before your Lord. |
Salamun – (that thing or person which is one only).
Mayyitun – (the person who is going to die), after death he will be called “dead”.
In this verse, state of monotheism and polytheism has been manifested. It is commanded: There is a man who is slave of several ill-mannered lords and a man is slave of only one Lord. It is apparent that condition of those both slaves cannot be equal. The first will fall in a dispute that to whom he must please and how? Moreover, none of his lords will look after him, because every one of them will think that other lords will look after him; why should I? The other slave will be comfortable because he has to please only one Lord, Who will look after him. Truly entire excellence is for God Almighty. Behold! How easily He has manifested the matter, but most of the people are unintelligent. However, all of you will be produced before your Lord on the Day of Resurrection, where your entire disputes will be settled. https://youtu.be/pzb4CmBoGPg
