لِلَّهِ ٱلْوَٰحِدِ ٱلْقَهَّارِ 16b   ٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ لَا ظُلْمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ 17  وَأَنذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْءَازِفَةِ إِذِ ٱلْقُلُوبُ لَدَى ٱلْحَنَاجِرِ كَٰظِمِينَ 18a

16b.  Lillaahil-  Waahidl-Qahhaar. 17.  ‘Al-Yawma  tujzaa  kullu  nafsim-  bimaa  kasabat.  Laa  zulmal-Yawm.  ‘InnAllaaha  Sarii-‘ul-Hisaab. 18a.  Wa  ‘anzirhum  Yawmal-‘Aazifati  ‘izil-quluubu  ladal-hanaajiri  kaazimiin.

16b.  “To God, the One, the Irresistible.” 17. On that Day, every soul will be recompensed for what it had earned. There will be no injustice on that Day. God is quick to settle accounts. 18a. And warn them of the Day of Imminence, when the hearts are at the throats, choking them.

Hanaajira – (throats), this word is plural of hanjuur, which means “throat”. Another word, which is used for the same purpose is “Halquum”.

‘Aazifatun – (the Approaching Time), this word has come out from ‘a-za-fun, which means “coming near”. ‘Al-‘Aazifatun is the name of the Doomsday.

It is being commanded: Entire human beings will be standing before God Almighty; bowing their heads when His Court will be set up on the Day of Resurrection. Great rebellious people will be seen helpless and humble who used to be careless about anyone during their worldly life. No one will be chieftain or leader of any other. Power of every individual will be finished. They will be asked: Say, who is King Today? Voice will come from all around. God Almighty is The Greatest King Today, Who is One and Who prevails over all. Most powerful man of the world is nothing Here, and everybody will find what they earned during their worldly life. None from the mankind will be suffering from oppressing or violation. Account of everyone’s deeds will be checked in a little while because God Almighty is Quick to settle accounts.

After that, it is commanded: Warn them of the Day of Imminence, which has reached near. That will be so much terrible Day that the people will feel that their hearts are at the throats, and they will be choking their hearts due to fear of their coming out from their breasts. https://youtu.be/7m7C9ZKX9Nc
