Sad Reply (L-2863)

قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ 71b   قِيلَ ٱدْخُلُوٓا۟ أَبْوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ 72

71b.  Qaaluu  balaa  wa  laakin  haqqat  Kalimatul-‘Azaabi  ‘alal-kaafiriin. 72.  Qiilad-khuluuu  ‘abwaaba  Jahannama  khaalidiina  fiihaa.  Fabi’-sa  maswal-mutakabbiriin.

71b.  They will say, “Yes, but the verdict of punishment is justified against the disbelievers.” 72. It will be said, “Enter the gates of Hell, to abide therein eternally.” How wretched is the destination of the arrogant.

Earlier it was commanded: Deniers of God Almighty will be driven to the Hell, warders of the Hell will be surprised and ask from them: How did you reach here being mankind because human beings were cautioned by sending His Prophets (Peace be upon them) that the Day of Resurrection was coming, and that disbelievers of God Almighty would be punished on that Day; and their punishment would be to throw them into the Hell? Did you not listen to their announcement that you had to get ready for escaping from the Hell and would not have been seen on the coast of the Hell?

It is commanded: They will reply being very sad and sorrowful: We became victim of misfortune and our evil days pushed us that we became careless and our ignorance misled us. Certainly Prophets of Allaah (Peace be upon them) came to us who performed their duty religiously. But we were involved in worldly matters, denied God Almighty and His Prophets (Peace be upon them), ignored their advice and could not understand the reality. At last we deserved the punishment which was determined for the disbelievers and reached to suffer the torment.

When they will complete their story, then they will be cursed from all around and it will be commanded: Go to the Hell! Its gates have been opened for you. Go and dwell there for always. That is the abode (the worst place of dwelling) for arrogant and haughty people. https://youtu.be/49ICmQxIGnQ
