Only for Allah (L-2946)
|
قُل لَّآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا ٱلْمَوَدَّةَ فِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَمَن يَقْتَرِفْ حَسَنَةً نَّزِدْ لَهُۥ فِيهَا حُسْنًا إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ
23b
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا فَإِن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يَخْتِمْ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ وَيَمْحُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْبَٰطِلَ وَيُحِقُّ ٱلْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦٓ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ

23b. Qul-laaa
-‘as-‘alukum ‘alayhi ‘ajran
‘illal- mawad-data fil-qurbaa.
Wa many-yaqtarif hasanaatan-Nazid lahuu
fiihaa husnaa. ‘InnAllaaha
Gafuurun-Shakuur. 24. ‘Am yaquuluunaf-taraa ’alAllaahi kazibaa. Fa-‘iny-yasha-‘Illaahu yakhtim ‘alaa qalbik. Wa yam-hUllaahul-Baatila wa yuhiqqul-Haqqa bi-KalimaatiH. “Innahuu ‘Aliimum- bizaatis- suduur. |

23b. Say, “I ask of
you no wage for it, except affection among the near of kin.” Whoever does a
good deed, We will increase its goodness for him. God is Forgiving and
Appreciative. 24. Or do they say, “He forged a lie about God.” If God so
willed, He could have sealed your heart. But God obliterates the false, and
confirm the true by His Words. He knows what is in the hearts. |
It is commanded: This Message of God Almighty, which I have been conveying to you by means of Holy Qur’an, is a great blessing for the mankind. Conveying it to you is a very compulsory responsibility which I have been fulfilling. And you are the first of all who may reap advantage from it. I do not ask you for this great Message, which is very advantageous for you, any recompense. However I wish that you must not obstruct in it; if you don’t admit, and behave with me as good people do with their relatives. Do not be hostile to me. I have been working for welfare of common people. Others will reap advantage from it if you don’t. Behold! Whoever commits a good deed – God Almighty will increase for him good therein because He is very Kind and a Just Appreciator of good works. It is a good chance for you that you must listen to me, act upon the Commandments of Holy Qur’an and do good works.
