33. And
who is better in speech than someone who calls to God, and acts with
integrity, and says, “I am of those who submit”? 34.
Good and evil are not equal. Repel evil with good, and the person who was
your enemy becomes like an intimate friend. 35. But none will attain it except those who persevere, and none
will attain it except the very fortunate. |
A complete picture of Islamic Society has been drawn in this verse. It can be understood very clearly by meditating in it that how Muslims must behave mutually with other Muslims. Moreover, what behavior they should adopt in the Society. All disputes can be settled and the “Peace” can be spread in the world if all people act upon these instructions.
“And who is better in speech than one who invites to God and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims. And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel evil by that deed which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity will become as though he was a devoted friend. But none is granted it except those who are patient, and none is granted it except one having a great portion of good”.
