Portents of God (L-3002)

Chapter “JAASIYAH” - (CROUCHING) – 45

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.

 (I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

حمٓ 1   تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ 2   إِنَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَءَايَٰتٍ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 3   وَفِى خَلْقِكُمْ وَمَا يَبُثُّ مِن دَآبَّةٍ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ 4  وَٱخْتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن رِّزْقٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَتَصْرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ 5  تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ6a

1.  Haa-Miiim. 2.  Tanziilul-Kitaabi  minAllaahil-'Aziizil-Hakiim. 3.  ‘Inna  fis-samaawaati  wal-‘arzi  la-‘Aayaatil-lil-Mu'-miniin. 4.  Wa  fii  khalqikum  wa  maa  yabussu  min  daaabbatin  ‘Aayaatul-liqawminy-yuuqinuun. 5.  Wakhtilaafil-Layli  wanNahaari  wa  maaa  ‘anzalAllaahu  minas-samaaa-'i  mir-Rizqin  fa-‘ahyaa  bihil-‘arza  ba'-da  mawtihaa  wa  tasriifir-riyaahi  ‘Aayaatul-liqawminy-ya'-qiluun. 6a.  Tilka  ‘AayaTullaahi  Natluuhaa  'alayka  bil-Haqq.

1. Ha, Meem. 2. The revelation of the Book is from God, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. 3. In the heavens and the earth are proofs for the believers. 4. And in your own creation, and in the creatures He scattered, are signs for people of firm faith. 5. And in the alternation of night and day, and in the sustenance God sends down from the sky, with which He revives the earth after its death, and in the circulation of the winds, are marvels for people who reason. 6a. These are God’s Verses which We recite to you in truth.

It is commanded: Holy Qur’an has been descended by God Almighty Who is Most Powerful and Sagacious. Knowing Him is not so much difficult. As soon as a man will see the sky and the earth, he will say at once: There is no Creator of them except God Almighty. When he will meditate in the creation of mankind and animals, then he will say also: God Almighty is the Creator of everything. After observing the changes in worldly circumstances that sometimes there is night and sometimes there is day, sometimes the earth becomes dead after withering; and when it rains; the land becomes fresh and alive, then the sense of the mankind will admit that these matters are not in the power of any other than God.
