Allah can reproduce (L-3380)

نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا 28  إِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦ تَذْكِرَةٌ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلًا 29  وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا 30  يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ وَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۢا 31

28.  Nahnu  khalaq-Naahum  wa  shadadNaaa  ‘asrahum.  Wa  ‘izaa  shi'-Naa  baddalNaaa  ‘amsaalahum  tabdiilaa. 29.  ‘Inna  haazihii  taz-kirah.  Faman  shaaa-'attakhaza  ‘ilaa  Rabbihii  sabiilaa. 30.  Wa  maa  tashaaa-'uuna  ‘illaaa  ‘any-yashaaa-'Allaah.  ‘InnAllaaha  kaana 'Aliiman  Hakiimaa. 31.  Yudkhilu  many-yashaaa-'u  fii  RahmatiH. Waz-zaalimiina  ‘a-'adda  lahum  'Azaaban  ‘aliimaa. (Section 2/20)

28. We, even We, created them, and strengthened their frame. And when We will, We can replace them, bringing others like them in their stead. 29. Lo! This is an Admonishment, that whosoever will may choose a way unto his Lord. 30. Yet you will not, unless Allah wills. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. 31. He makes whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers has prepared a painful doom.

In the previous verses it was commanded: Most of the people have been gathering the things of this world because they observe that everything can be gotten here immediately, whereas the Day of Resurrection is unseen. They think that when the mankind died, his body became a part of the dust after breaking into small pieces, then how he would come back to life again. The same matter has been explained in this verse. It is commanded: As We brought them to life first time; We shall reproduce them in the same forms as and when needed. Bringing them back to life again after destruction is not difficult for Us.

Anyhow, We do not compel any person to obey Our Commands. Certainly We have sent down this Qur’an for showing the way of success to the people by informing them about true circumstances and events. Now it depends on every individual. They can choose with fondness the way of pleasing their Lord if they desire. But they will desire then when Allaah Almighty will desire to guide them. He is well Aware of everyone’s ability and capacity. And He knows also that what is better for whom. According to His knowledge and realism, He includes in His Kindness to whom He desires. But for the ill-natured people, there is nothing save the painful Doom. Our Lord! Save us.
