Meditation in its verses (L-3407)
Chapter “NAAZI-‘AAT” – (Those who drag forth) - 79
In this Chapter, the mankind has been awakened from the sleep of carelessness and it has been described: Do you know that where are you going and what the end will be of you? O careless! Don’t forget your death. You have been observing in your surroundings that the people before you die one by one. Yesterday a man was seen healthy and had been working heartily, today you heard that he has departed. Great people came in this world and showed their power. The public bowed before them considering that they were superior. At last a day came when their dead bodies were being carried for burying on the shoulders of those who had become their slaves. They were forgotten after a few days and there was none who had to remember them. Therefore, O mankind! You should bear your death in mind every time. Listen to it! Our angels (peace be upon them) will come gliding in the air unwearied and draw the souls from everyone’s body. The person who was more interested in the world and did never think that he would have to die; angels will draw the souls of such people violently by penetrating into their bodies. But souls of such people will come out from their bodies easily, (as a prisoner bird when it is set free from the cage, it flies away), who were obedient of Allaah Almighty.
Remember! This world will be perished on a Day. Strong shocks of earthquakes will come continuously, its members will become loose and the water of Seas will be dried. Don’t consider that the mankind cannot be reproduced when its bones will be crumbled. Bringing back to life again after death is very easy for Allaah Almighty. The angel (peace be upon him) will blow in the trumpet and every individual will come back to life again whether that would be anywhere and in any condition, they will be visible in the Plain of the Resurrection. That person would be tormented very severely who did neither believe in Allaah Almighty during worldly life, and nor obey the Sayings of the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon them), but did jest the Commandments of Holy Qur’an.
Listen! Many refractory people came before you in the world. One
of them was Pharaoh who got ready to disobey Allaah Almighty and did not
know his Lord. Moreover he claimed that he was god. Moses (peace be upon him)
came to him with the Message of Allaah Almighty but he did not care. At
last he was drowned in the river and on the Day of Resurrection he will be cast
into the Hell. Be cautious! The death is unavoidable. Then in the next life
either you will dwell in the Garden or your abode will be the Hell according to
your deeds.
