Introduction of “The Tidings” (L-3390)
According to order, this is seventy-eighth Chapter of Holy Qur’an. It was sent down during primary times of stay at Makkah. It has two Sections. In such Chapters of Holy Qur’an, it has been stressed that the Day of Resurrection is unavoidable. The life of this world will be perished on a Day. Entire human beings will be brought back to life again after death after a long time and will be gathered in the Field of Resurrection. Their entire deeds will be checked which they did during their worldly life. The last decision will be caused to hear for every individual that who will go where – into the Heaven or into the Hell, because there will be no other abode except these both places. That will be the Day of Resurrection.
When Messenger of Allaah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) recited the circumstances of the Day of Resurrection from Holy Qur’an, the disbelievers; who were enjoying worldly life; began to mock and ask: When your Day of Resurrection will come? Those, who were more sensible, said: Yes! That will come. Some people said: We don’t believe in it. Some of them said: The human body will not have any connection with that which will happen on that Day. In short, the people exposed their different thoughts like this.
It is being described in this Chapter to those who really wish
to know concerning the Day of Resurrection or who question as a joke: Believe
in the Day of Resurrection as Holy Qur’an has explained, otherwise if
you denied and began to think, you will be tormented very severely. You must
accept and correct your morality according to the Commands of Holy Qur’an
without wasting your time in thinking about the reality of the Day of
Resurrection. Moreover, you must try to escape from the calamities of that Day.
You will find no result by arguing in such matters except disputing and
opposing one another. Meditate for a while; We have made full arrangement of
your life in this world by Our Divine Power for a long time. This time is not
for wasting, willingly or unwillingly, in disputes and arguments. You cannot
decide about anyone that he is right and he is wrong. Every individual must
arrange for salvation of own and others, individually and collectively. There
is no occasion in this world to judge that who is good and who is bad. Such
judgement will be after coming back to life again after death on the Day of
Judgement. Entire human beings will be separated from one another according to
their deeds. Those believers who did good works in this world; will be sent
into the Garden, but the wrongdoers will be cast into the Hell. You must not be
divided in separate groups, sects or religions. Allaah Almighty warns
you from the Doom of that Day, when record of your entire deeds will be before
you. And the disbelievers will say: Would that we had been dust instead of
being entangled in such misfortune.
