18. (The
water of) a spring therein, named Salsabil. 19. There
wait on them immortal youths, whom, when you see, you would take for
scattered pearls. 20. When
you see, you will see there bliss and high estate. 21. Their
raiment will be fine green silk and gold embroidery. Bracelets of silver will
they wear. Their Lord will slake their thirst with a pure drink. 22. (And
it will be said unto them): Lo! This is a reward for you. Your endeavour
(upon earth) has found acceptance. |
It is commanded: The ginger, mixture of which will be given to drink, will not be like the ginger of this world, but that is a fountain in the Paradise, named Salsabeel, (which means “tasty and pure flowing water which does not trouble the throat at the time of swallowing). Moreover, there will circulate among the dwellers of the Paradise young boys made eternal. When you will see them, you would think them as beautiful as scattered pearls. And when you will look there in Paradise, you will see pleasure and great dominion everywhere. Every dweller of the Paradise will be King of own environment. Clothing of the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. In addition, they will be adorned with bracelets of silver. And their Lord will give them a purifying drink. It all will be reward of their good deeds of this world. Then it will be said to them, “your effort has been appreciated”.
