The Message of the Truth (L-3347)

قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أَدْعُوا۟ رَبِّى وَلَآ أُشْرِكُ بِهِۦٓ أَحَدًا 20 قُلْ إِنِّى لَآ أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا 21 قُلْ إِنِّى لَن يُجِيرَنِى مِنَ ٱللَّهِ أَحَدٌ وَلَنْ أَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مُلْتَحَدًا 22 إِلَّا بَلَٰغًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِسَٰلَٰتِهِۦ وَمَن يَعْصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا 23 |

20. Qul ‘innamaaa ‘ad-'uu Rabbii wa laaa ‘ushriku biHiii 'ahadaa. 21. Qul ‘innii laaa ‘amliku lakum zarranw-wa laa rashadaa. 22. Qul ‘innii lany-yujiiranii minAllaahi 'ahadunw-wa lan ‘ajida min-duunihii mul-tahadaa. 23. ‘Illaa
balaagam-minAllaahi wa risaalaatih. Wa
many-ya'-Sillaaha wa Rasuulahuu
fa-‘inna lahuu Naara
Jahan-nama khaalidiina fiihaaa
'abadaa. |

20. Say
(unto them, O Muhammad): I pray unto Allah only, and ascribe unto Him no
partner. 21. Say:
Lo! I control not hurt nor benefit for you. 22. Say:
Lo! none can protect me from Allah, nor can I find any refuge beside Him 23. (Mine
is) but conveyance (of the Truth) from Allah, and His messages; and whoso
disobeys Allah and His messenger, lo! His is fire of hell, wherein such dwell
for ever. |
It was commanded earlier: When Messenger of Allaah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) stands up in prayer to Him, the people crowd on him from all around. The aim of the Muslims’ approaching is - listening to the Holy Qur’an, whereas the aim of the disbelievers is to molest him. O Our Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him): Say to these unbelievers! Why do you annoy me? I don’t say anything wrong, but invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone. You also must do the same, because it is entirely advantageous for you. If you don’t believe, I don’t possess for you the power of harm or right direction. Suppose if, instead of it, today I fail in performing my duty, there will never anyone who may protect me from the punishment of Allaah Almighty, nor will I find a refuge in any other than Him. It is better for me and it is the only way by which I can seek refuge in Allaah Almighty; that I should deliver His Messages to His slaves and convey His Commandment to them. But bear in mind! Those who among you will disobey Allaah Almighty and His Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him), although I cannot punish them, but Allaah Almighty will punish them certainly. He has prepared the fire of the Hell for such disobedient people. They will abide therein forever. Our Lord! Save us. Amen.
