وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ كُشِطَتْ 11 وَإِذَا ٱلْجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتْ 12 وَإِذَا ٱلْجَنَّةُ أُزْلِفَتْ 13 عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَّآ أَحْضَرَتْ 14 فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلْخُنَّسِ 15 ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْكُنَّسِ 16 وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا عَسْعَسَ 17 وَٱلصُّبْحِ إِذَا تَنَفَّسَ 18 إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ 19 |

11. Wa izas-samaaa-'u kushitat. 12. Wa ‘izal-Jahiimu su'-'irat. 13. Wa ‘izal-Jannatu ‘uzlifat. 14. 'Alimat nafsum-maaa-‘ah-zarat. 15. Fa-laaa ‘uqsimu bil-khunnas. 16. ‘Aljawaaril-kunnas. 17. Wal-layli ‘izaa 'as-'as. 18. Was-subhi ‘izaa tanaffas. 19. ‘Innahuu
la-qawlu Rasuulin-Kariim. |

11. And
when the sky is torn away, 12. And
when hell is lighted, 13. And
when the Garden is brought nigh, 14. (Then)
every soul will know what it had made ready. 15. Oh,
but I call to witness the planets, 16. The
stars which rise and set, 17. And
the close of night, 18. And
the breath of morning 19. That
this is in truth the word of an honoured messenger, |
It is commanded: On the Day of Resurrection, the sky will be stripped away and entire things into it will come out. The Hellfire will be lighted and set ablaze. The Paradise will be brought near. At that Time, the mankind will come to know that what he has brought with himself which may be useful. There is no doubt in coming of the Day of Resurrection. This News has been given in Holy Qur’an very clearly. It is sure that all verses of Holy Qur’an are quiet true. Nothing is contrary to the fact.
Allaah Almighty
commands: Movements of the stars, sometimes their going ahead and sometimes
retreating, coming of the night and appearance of the day are certain events.
Like this coming of the Divine Revelation is also a certain event. Indeed, this
Qur’an is a Divine Revelation, which is recited and conveyed by a noble
messenger {Gabriel (peace be upon him)}.
