Consequence of evildoers (a) (L-3426)

كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْفُجَّارِ لَفِى سِجِّينٍ 7  وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا سِجِّينٌ 8  كِتَٰبٌ مَّرْقُومٌ 9  وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 10  ٱلَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ 11  وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ 12

7.  Kallaaa  ‘inna  Kitaabal-fujjaari  lafii  Sijjiin.  8.  Wa  maaa  ‘adraaka  maa  Sijjiin.  9.  Kitaabum-marquum.  10.  Wayluny-Yawma-'izil-lil-mukazzibiin.  11.  ‘Allaziina  yukazzibuuna  bi-Yawmid-Diin.  12.  Wa  maa  yukazzibu  bihiii  ‘illaa  kullu  mu'-tadin-‘asiim.

7. Nay, but the record of the vile is in Sijjin -  8. Ah! What will convey unto you what Sijjin is! -  9. A written record.  10. Woe unto the repudiators on that day!  11. Those who deny the Day of Judgement  12. Which none denies save each criminal transgressor,

It is commanded: This thought of yours is entirely wrong that you can fulfil your desires as you wish, and that no one will ask from you. You must never think so. Whatsoever you have been doing, is being recorded properly, which will become your Character Book. All those who die, after death their Conduct Sheets are saved in an Office, duly stamped; particularly of those who are wrongdoers, (by which they will be known immediately). That Written Record is called Sijjiin (Prison, Place of wrongdoers) {It is (their destination recorded in) a Register Inscribed}.

On the Day of Resurrection, such Character Rolls will be given to the wrongdoers who will be punished very severely, because they falsified the Sayings of the Prophets (peace be upon them), did not believe in reward and punishment of deeds, and they used to say: The Day of Resurrection is nothing but a self-made thing.

Bear in mind! No sensible and considerate person will falsify the Day of Recompense, but that who is nonsense and who has crossed the prescribed limits of thinking, has made the evil deeds a hobby; and was a sinful transgressor.
