What will be the Hour? (L-3412)

فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلصَّآخَّةُ 33 يَوْمَ يَفِرُّ ٱلْمَرْءُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ 34 وَأُمِّهِۦ وَأَبِيهِ 35 وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَبَنِيهِ 36 لِكُلِّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ شَأْنٌ يُغْنِيهِ 37 وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّسْفِرَةٌ 38 ضَاحِكَةٌ مُّسْتَبْشِرَةٌ 39 وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَيْهَا غَبَرَةٌ 40
تَرْهَقُهَا قَتَرَةٌ 41 أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَفَرَةُ ٱلْفَجَرَةُ 42 |

33. Fa-‘izaa jaaa-‘atis-Saaakh-khah. 34. Yawma yafir-rul- mar-‘u min ‘akhiihi. 35. Wa ‘ummihii wa ‘abiihi. 36. Wa saahibatihii wa baniih. 37. Li-kullimri-‘im-minhum Yawma-‘izin sha’-nuny-yugniih. 38. Wujuuhuny-Yawma-‘izim-musfirah. 39. Zaahikatum-mustabshirah. 40. Wa wujuuhuny-Yawma-‘izin 'alathaa gabarah. 41. Tarhaquhaa qatarah. 42. ‘Ulaaa-‘ika
humul-kafaratul-Fajarah. (Section 1/5) |

33. But
when the Shout comes 34. On
the day when a man flees from his brother 35. And
his mother and his father 36. And
his wife and his children, 37. Every
man that day will have concern enough to make him heedless (of others). 38. On
that day faces will be bright as dawn, 39. Laughing,
rejoicing at good news; 40. And
other faces, on that day, with dust upon them, 41. Veiled
in darkness, 42. Those
are the disbelievers, the wicked. |
It is commanded: Entire luxury things which have been arranged for you in the world; are temporary and made for the purpose that you must be prepared for the Day of Resurrection. This world will be finished on a Day and the Day of Resurrection will be established. On that Day the trumpet will be blown, sound of which will be so much rigid that it will make the ears deaf. Along with it, a strong earthquake will come, by which the earth will be broken into pieces and nothing will remain in actual condition.
After a long time, the horn will be blown again, by which entire
dead human beings will come back to life again and stand up. They will be
gathered in the Plain of the Resurrection on that Day. Every individual will
think about oneself only. No one will ask any other. All people will run away
from their brothers, mothers, fathers, wives and children, lest they begin to
demand their rights. Righteous people will be glad and happy on that Day and
brightness of their happiness will be visible clearly on their faces. But the disbelievers,
wrongdoers and sinners will be hopeless and in confusion.
