Summary of Chapter “’INFITAAR”
In
this Chapter it has been described: O mankind! In which negligence have you
been entangled? Use your sense and know that a Day is near to come when this
entire universe will be demolished. The sky will be cleft asunder and broken
into pieces. The planets will fall off after being broken. The water of the
Seas and the Rivers will boil up and be mixed up with one another. Upside of
the graves will be downed. There will no life anywhere. After that, when Allaah
Almighty will desire, the Day of Resurrection will be established. Entire human
beings will be brought back to life again, their Character sheets will be
produced before them and they will know the reality of their deeds. These
things are not being described to any particular person, sect or nation, but
all people on the earth are being addressed that they should understand it
thoroughly and know their Lord; even in this world that although He is very
Kind and Merciful, but everyone has been determined responsible of own deeds,
and the forms; physical health level and capabilities of everyone of them are
made separate from other all. On the Day of Judgement, their accounts of deeds
will be checked. And according to their deeds they will be treated for giving
reward or punishment. Whatsoever every individual has been doing in this world,
is being recorded by reliable angels (peace be upon them). There will be no one
who may help any other or intercede for someone else. The Command will be only
of Allaah Almighty and He will judge for giving reward or punishment to
every individual.
Introduction of Chapter “MUTAFFIFIIN”
According
to order, this is Eighty-3rd Chapter of Holy Qur’an. It is
one from those Chapters which were revealed in Makkah during primary
days of Islam. Such evil has been described in this Chapter, in which the
mankind is involved due to selfishness and greed. Among the people of Midian,
first of all this evil appeared during ancient times. They used to take the
measure in full from others, but if they had to measure for giving, they used
to measure less. Prophet Shueib (peace be upon him) caused them to
understand: You can be entangled in any great disaster of the world due to such
injustice, because by this; it is sure that collective life of the mankind will
lose excellence. You must correct your mutual affairs honestly which is
necessary for mankind’s this life. If you will be dishonest, the persecution
will spread.
This
evil did exist in Arab also. It has been described in this Chapter of Holy Qur’an:
There is depravity of the Hereafter too besides this world. Those, who do not
give full measure or weight; will be entangled in severe calamity on the Day of
Resurrection, whereas they would have to be present before Allaah Almighty
and answer that “why you did so in the world, were you not informed in Holy Qur’an
that you will have to be thrown into the Hell due to punishment of your evil
deeds?”
State
of Paradise and Hell has been explained in this Chapter and described: Those
people will join Paradise who refrained from wrong deeds due to fear of Allaah
Almighty and adopted good works in the world. There will be no pain and grief
but rest and peace in the Paradise, and there will be nothing but pain and
grief only during the life in the Hell.
