Day of Resurrection is Inevitable (L-3042)

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَعْىَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحْۦِىَ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ بَلَىٰٓ إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 33  وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَلَيْسَ هَٰذَا بِٱلْحَقِّ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ 34

33.  ‘Awa  lam  yaraw ‘annAllaahal-lazii  khalaqas-samaawaati  wal-‘arza  wa  lam  ya'-ya  bi-khalqihinna  bi-Qaadirin  'alaaa  ‘any-yuhyi-yal- mawtaa.  Balaaa  ‘innahuu  'alaa  kulli  shay-'in- Qadiir. 34.  Wa  Yawma  yu'-razul-laziina  kafaruu  'alan-Naar.  ‘A-laysa  haazaa  bil-Haqq.  Qaaluu  balaa  wa  Rabbinaa.  Qaala  fazuuqul- 'azaaba  bimaa  kuntum  takfuruun.

33. Have they not seen that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and was not wearied by their creation, is Able to give life to the dead? Aye, He verily is Able to do all things. 34. And on the day when those who disbelieve are exposed to the Fire (they will be asked): Is not this real? They will say: Yea, by our Lord. He will say: Then taste the doom for that you disbelieved.

It was described in the previous verses that one group of the Jinn was influenced very much after hearing Holy Qur’an from the Messenger of Allaah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him). When they returned to their nation, they explained before the people of their nation and said: We heard Holy Qur’an and found that it was a true Book. So we all must act upon its commandments, otherwise we will have to suffer the severe punishment of disobedience on the Day of Resurrection.

In these verses it is being caused to understand: You are not worthless than those Jinn who believed in “the Day of Resurrection, reward and punishment of deeds”. You should form an opinion of God’s Divine Power by observing the heavens and the earth that what is difficult for Him Who created them and did not feel any tiredness in their creation; if He bring the dead to life again, reckon their accounts of deeds after reproducing the mankind, give reward to the righteous people and punish them who do wrong. If you cannot understand it yourselves, then you must obey the Commandments of Holy Qur’an. Allaah Almighty has made this decision that all human beings will be brought back to life again after death. It is not out of His Divine Power.

Moreover, listen to it also that those who disbelieved in Him, they will be exposed to the Fire of the Hell and it will be asked: Is this not the Hell which you used to deny? They will say: Yes, it is the Hell by our Lord. Then it will be commanded: Then taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve.
