What did we learn from this Chapter? (L-3044)
It has been proclaimed in this Chapter that Allaah has sent this Book (Holy Qur’an) for the guidance of human beings, Who is the Exalted in Might and the Knower of the entire Truth. Know Him by observing the heavens, the earth and all things between them, and hear! He has created all such things for a particular purpose and this God’s Work will run for a stipulated term. After that, it will be perished and the mankind will be brought back to life again in a new environment. The Day of Resurrection will be established, in which those people will be in worst condition who disbelieve in Allaah Almighty, His Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) and Holy Qur’an. Presently most of the people are careless from this warning. They have made and chosen different kinds of gods; leaving Allaah Almighty.
Say to them: Your self-invented gods have not participated in the creation of this world. Neither any heavenly Book and nor any pertinent relater has described that there are some more gods except Allaah Almighty. The people who call such gods which neither hear voice and nor can fulfill anyone’s any requirement, they are very astray. These false gods will be their enemies on the Day of Resurrection and will say: You did not adore us, but if did, acted fruitlessly. Alas! The people hear Holy Qur’an and then say that it is self-invented word, (Let us flee to God) invented by Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) himself and said that it is sent by Allaah.
O Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him): Say to them! Take work from your senses. If I had done so, neither you could save me from the punishment of Allaah Almighty and nor someone else. I say nothing myself and nor I am only one Messenger. I am also a Messenger like those who passed away before me. I myself know nothing. I know and say only that which is revealed to me and I warn you, according to that, from bad consequences. Scholars of the Children of Israel have recognized me that I am the last Messenger, promise concerning whose arrival exists in old Scriptures and many of them have believed. If even then you don’t believe then you are very stubborn.
When they have decided that they would not embrace Islam, then they will be in search of different false excuses for denying. But it is fact that after Torah, Holy Qur’an has been descended in Arabic language for guidance of the people. Clear way of Islam has been opened in it and commanded: They will get rid of fear and grief who will believe that Allaah is their Lord, and stand firm on it. And those who will not believe; will repent and grieve. Those are lucky who pay the rights of Allaah Almighty and parents. They pray before Allaah Almighty for acquiring power of doing good works. Those are unlucky who do not believe in Allaah Almighty and when their parents cause them to understand; they behave with them harshly. Such people are included among the people good-for-nothing who reject the Religion of Allaah Almighty and choose a separate way for themselves. These are great losers and they will get nothing on the Day of Resurrection but the Doom of the Hell.
After that, by describing the circumstances of the folk of Aad,
it is warned that they were more powerful than you, but were tormented. Then
there is mention of Qur’an’s impression on the Jinn, and it has been
caused to understand: Believe in Allaah Almighty and consider that the
Day of Resurrection is inevitable, otherwise you will be punished. This is the
Message of Qur’an. That will be ruined who will deny.
