Some circumstances of the Hell (L-3052)
|
كَمَنْ هُوَ خَٰلِدٌ فِى ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُوا۟ مَآءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَآءَهُمْ 15b وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا خَرَجُوا۟ مِنْ عِندِكَ قَالُوا۟ لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ مَاذَا قَالَ ءَانِفًا أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ 16 وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱهْتَدَوْا۟ زَادَهُمْ هُدًى وَءَاتَىٰهُمْ تَقْوَىٰهُمْ 17 |

15b. Kaman huwa khaalidun- fin-Naari wa suquu maaa-'an hamiiman- faqatta-'a ‘am-'aaa-'ahum. 16. Wa minhum-many-yastami-'u ‘ilayk. Hattaaa ‘izaa kharajuu min 'indika qaaluu lillaziina ‘uutul-'Ilma maa-zaa qaala ‘aanifaa. ‘Ulaaa-'ikallaziina taba-'Allaahu 'alaa quluubihim wattaba-'uuu ‘ahwaaa-'ahum. 17. Wallaziinah-tadaw zaadahum
hudanw-wa ‘aataahum taqwaahum. |

15b. (Are those who enjoy all this) like those
who are immortal in the Fire and are given boiling water to drink so that it
tears their bowels ? 16. Among
them are some who give ear unto you (Muhammad) till, when they go forth from your
presence they say unto those who have been given knowledge: What was that he
said just now? Those are they whose hearts Allah has sealed, and they follow
their own lusts. 17. While
as for those who walk aright, He adds to their guidance, and gives them their
protection (against evil). |
In this verse it is commanded: Can those people (who abide eternally in the Fire and are given to drink scalding water that will sever their intestines) be like lucky people? This is the description concerning those who are open disbelievers. Besides them there are some other people, who listen to the Sayings of the Messenger of Allaah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) apparently but their attention is somewhere else. After coming out from the meeting, they ask from the perceivers: What did the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) say in this assembly (as though they desire to show that his Sayings are not worthy of attention) (God forbid)?
It is commanded: Allaah Almighty has sealed the hearts of
such people. They are bound by their desires. Only those people reap advantage
from the Sayings of Our Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon
him) who are straightforward. Their abstinence and carefulness increases by
such Sayings.
