Chapter “’Ahqaaf” - (The Wind-curved Sand-hills) – 46
‘A-‘uu-zu Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek
refuge in Allaah from Satan the
outcast)
Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)
|
حمٓ 1 تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ 2 مَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَمَّآ أُنذِرُوا۟ مُعْرِضُونَ 3 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِى مَاذَا خَلَقُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ 4a |

1. Haa-Miiim 2. Tanziilul-Kitaabi minAllaahil-‘Aziizil- Hakiim. 3. Maa khalaq-Nas-samaawaati wal-‘arza wa maa baynahumaaa ‘illaa bil-haqqi wa ‘aja-lim-musammaa. Wallaziina kafaruu 'ammaaa ‘unziruu mu'-rizuun. 4a Qul
‘a-ra-'aytum-maa tad-'uuna min- diiNillaahi ‘aruunii
maa-zaa khalaquu minal-‘arzi
‘am lahum shirkun- fis-samaawaat. |

1. Haa.
Miim. 2. The
revelation of the Scripture is from Allah the Mighty, the Wise. 3. We
created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with
truth, and for a term appointed. But those who disbelieve turn away from that
whereof they are warned. 4a. Say
(unto them, O Muhammad): Have you thought on all that you invoke beside
Allah? Show me what they have created of the earth. Or have they any portion
in the heavens? |
It was caused to understand in the previous Chapter: Don’t be deceived after looking jollity and apparent beauty of this world which is before your eyes, and don’t consider that as its things come into existence and are finished, and as the circumstances change from time to time, like this the mankind came in existence and will be perished, and then entire story will be over. No, but the actual matter is it that the mankind will come back to life again after death, full reward or punishment will be given to him according to everyone’s personal deeds.
In the beginning of this Chapter, it has been explained that
these are the matters which Holy Qur’an teaches. This Revelation of the Book is from Allaah, the Exalted in Might,
the Wise. Behold! The sky, the earth and whatsoever is between them, has been
created in accordance with a strong and concluded plan, and this entire system
will remain for a specified term. After its destruction, the mankind will be
reproduced in new environments. Then the disobedient will be punished in full.
The people turn away after hearing this true warning and become careless. Say
{O Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) to such people: Do
you consider that which you invoke besides Allaah, have made something?
Show me which portion of the earth has been created by their self-made gods, or
did they have any partnership in the creation of the heavens?
