After death (L-3101)

وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْوَعِيدِ 20 وَجَآءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٌ وَشَهِيدٌ 21 لَّقَدْ كُنتَ فِى غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌ 22 وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَىَّ عَتِيدٌ 23 |

20. Wa nufikha fis- Suur. Zaalika Yawmul- Wa-'iid. 21. Wa jaaa-'at kullu nafsim-ma-'ahaa saaa-'iqunw-wa shahiid. 22. Laqad kunta fii gaflatim- min haazaa fa-kashafNaa 'anka gitaaa-'aka fa-basarukal-Yawma hadiid. 23. Wa
qaala Qariinuhuu haazaa
maa ladayya 'atiid. |

20. And
the trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. 21. And
every soul comes, along with it a driver and a witness. 22. (And
unto the evil-doer it is said): You were in heedlessness of this. Now We have
removed from you your covering, and piercing is your sight this day. 23. And
(unto the evil-doer) his comrade says: This is that which I have ready (as
testimony). |
It is command: When the mankind died, his life of this world went to an end. After that, when the Hour will come, the Horn will be blown. Entire dead human beings will come to life again and stand up. Every one of them will run towards the Field of Judgement in such a way that one angel (peace be upon him) will be behind him driving and the other will be along with his Conduct Sheet, which will be a Record of his entire worldly deeds.
It will be said to every individual at that time: You were involved in worldly matters so much that you forgot this Day. Our Prophets (peace be upon them) used to warn and frighten you from Today, but you were careless and did not attend to them. A veil of negligence had covered your eyes. Today those veils have been removed and your eye-sight has become sharp. Now you are looking the Day of Resurrection and its horrible circumstances.
On the other side, those angels (peace be upon
them) who were along with him in the world and were recording his every work,
word and movement, who are called “Kiraamun Kaatibiin” (Dignified
Scribes), will present his Conduct Sheet before the individual; and say: This
is your Dark Side Record which I have prepared.
