Consequence of hypocrites (L-3058)

فَكَيْفَ إِذَا تَوَفَّتْهُمُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَأَدْبَٰرَهُمْ 27  ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ مَآ أَسْخَطَ ٱللَّهَ وَكَرِهُوا۟ رِضْوَٰنَهُۥ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ28  أَمْ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَن لَّن يُخْرِجَ ٱللَّهُ أَضْغَٰنَهُمْ 29

27.  Fakayfa  ‘izaa  tawaffat-humul- malaaa-'ikatu  yazri-buuna  wujuuhahum  wa ‘adbaarahum. 28.  Zaalika  bi-‘annahumut- taba-'uu  maaa  ‘askhatAllaaha  wa  karihuu  rizwaanahuu  fa-‘ahbata  ‘a'-maalahum. (Section 3/7) 29.  ‘Am  hasiballaziina  fii  quluu-bihim  marazun  ‘al-lany-yukhrijAllaahu  ‘azgaanahum.

27. Then how (will it be with them) when the angels gather them, smiting their faces and their backs! 28. That will be because they followed that which angers Allah, and hated that which pleases Him. Therefor He has made their actions vain. 29. Or do those in whose hearts is a disease deem that Allah will not bring to light their (secret) hates?

It is commanded: These hypocrite people do not think that they have to die sooner or later. When Angels (peace be upon them) will come to drag their life from their bodies, strike their faces and backs, then how will it be with them? They should think a little. They will be tormented because they followed such matters which angered Allaah Almighty and ran away from those matters which pleased Him. So Allaah Almighty rendered worthless their entire deeds. Their good deeds will not be useful on the Day of Resurrection, until they believe in Allaah Almighty.

It is commanded: Hypocrites are deceivers. They must not consider that they will succeed in hiding their hearty enmity and malice with Muslims, and Allaah Almighty will not inform to the Muslims about their spite that they should escape from their evil.
