Preparation of Conduct Sheet (L-3100)

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفْسُهُۥ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ ٱلْوَرِيدِ 16  إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ 17  مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ 18  وَجَآءَتْ سَكْرَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ بِٱلْحَقِّ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنْهُ تَحِيدُ 19

16.  Wa  laqad  khalaqNal-‘insaana  wa  Na'-lamu  maa  tu-waswisu  bihii  nafsuh. Wa  Nahnu  ‘aqrabu  ‘ilayhi  min  hablil-wariid.  17.  'Iz  yatalaqqal-mutalaq-qiyaani  'anil-yamiini  wa  'anish-shimaali  qa-'iid.  18.  Maa  yalfizu  min  qawlin  ‘illaa  laday-hi  raqiibun  'atiid.  19.  Wa  jaaa-'at  sakratul-mawti  bil-haqq.  Zaalika  maa  kunta  minhu  tahiid.

16. We verily created man and We know what his soul whispers to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. 17. When the two Receivers receive (him), seated on the right hand and on the left, 18. He utters no word but there is with him an observer ready. 19. And the agony of death comes in truth. (And it is said unto him): This is that which you were wont to shun.

 It is commanded: The mankind has not come into existence himself but We have created him with careful consideration. We know what his soul whispers to him, because We are closer to him than his jugular vein. There are two Angels (peace be upon them) seated on his shoulders, one of the both is on right shoulder and the other is on left side. The one on the right records his righteous works, and the other writes his wrong deeds. Man does not utter any word except that anyone of them is prepared to record. They observe his every movement every time. At last a time comes when neither he can speak any word and nor can do any work. He becomes unconscious, and truly the signs of death are begun to appear. Death is certain, because it has been decided. O mankind! This is the death from which you used to escape and wander here and there to avoid.
