Reward of deeds (L-3035)
|
وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَٰتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُوا۟ وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ 19 وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَٰتِكُمْ فِى حَيَاتِكُمُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا فَٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ ٱلْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ 20 |

19. Wa likullin- darajaatum- mim-maa 'amiluu. Wa liyuwaf fiyahum ‘a'-maalahum wa hum laa yuzlamuun. 20. Wa
Yawma yu'-razul-laziina kafaruu 'alan-Naar.
‘Azhabtum tayyibaatikum fii
hayaati-kumud-dunyaa
wastam-ta'-tum- bihaa. Fal- Yawma
tuj-zawna 'azaabal-huuni bimaa
kuntum tastak-biruuna fil-‘arzi
bigayril-haqqi wa bimaa
kuntum tafsuquun. (Section 2/2) |

19. And
for all there will be ranks from what they do, that He may pay them for their
deeds; and they will not be wronged. 20. And
on the day when those who disbelieve are exposed to the Fire (it will be
said): You squandered your good things in the life of the world and sought
comfort therein. Now this day you are rewarded with the doom of ignominy
because you were disdainful in the land without a right, and because you used
to transgress. |
It is commanded: Separate groups of all human beings will be made according to their personal deeds on the Day of Resurrection, so that they may be rewarded or punished correctly with full compensation in accordance with their degrees. They will not be wronged.
Listen! Those who disbelieved in Allaah
Almighty, will be exposed to the Fire of the Hell on the Day of
Resurrection and it will be said to them: You chose worldly life instead of the
life of this Day. Your works were for earning worldly benefits, fame,
reputation and wealth, for satisfying yourselves and enjoying in the world. You exhausted your pleasures during your worldly life
and enjoyed them. Today there is nothing good for you, but humiliating torment
which is retribution of your haughtiness in the world and you used to care not
any rule or law before your desires.
