Omnipotence of God (L-3124)
Chapter “TUUR” - (The Mount) - 52
‘A-‘uu-zu Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek
refuge in Allaah from Satan the
outcast)
Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

وَٱلطُّورِ 1 وَكِتَٰبٍ مَّسْطُورٍ 2 فِى رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ 3 وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ 4 وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ 5 وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ 6 إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌ 7 مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍ 8 يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًا 9 وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا 10 |

1. Wat-Tuur. 2. Wa Kitaabim-mastuur. 3. Fii raqqim-manshuur. 4. Wal-Baytil- Ma'-muur. 5. Was-Saqfil- marfuu'. 6. Wal-Bahril-masjuur. 7. ‘Inna 'Azaaba Rabbika la-waaqi'. 8. Maa lahuu min- daafi'. 9. Yawma tamuurus-samaaa-'u mawraa. 10. Wa
tasiirul- jibaalu sayraa. |

1. By
the Mount, 2. And
a Scripture inscribed 3. On
fine parchment unrolled, 4. And
the House frequented, 5. And
the roof exalted, 6. And
the sea kept filled, 7. Lo!
The doom of your Lord will surely come to pass; 8. There
is none that can ward it off. 9. On
the day when the heaven will heave with (awful) heaving, 10. And
the mountains move away with (awful) movement, |
Tuur – (Mountain), the place where Torah was given to Moses (peace be upon him).
Kitaabim-mastuur – (a Book inscribed) – it aims Holy Qur’an or Lawh Mahfuuz (A Table on which the destinies of the world since its creation are written).
Baytil- Ma'-muur – (the Frequented House), it aims Square Building (the House of Allaah at Makkah or opposite to it; Square building (Ka’bah) of Angels at 7th heaven).
It is commanded: Understand by observing that all dignified
things are created by Allaah Almighty Who is the Most Powerful. He
created this entire universe and settled the mankind in its one portion
(earth), so that the human beings must use their senses, know their Creator (Allaah
Almighty) and live in the world according to His Commandments. They should keep
in mind that they will be given reward or punishment on the Day of Resurrection
in accordance with their worldly deeds. Listen to it carefully: Surely the Doom
of Allaah Almighty will seize the wrongdoers. Nothing can prevent it
from coming. You must have to believe in Allaah Almighty by looking His
Omnipotence and admit that His Commandments are quite true, if you desire to be
saved from His Doom. The Scene of the Day of Judgment will be very frightful. The heaven will sway with circular motion and be
broken into pieces. The mountains will
be uprooted from their fixed places and move away with awful movement
like flakes of cotton. Such is the creation of
the world that at last it’s everything will be spoiled. After that, a new
arrangement will be made, the mankind will be present in the Field of
Resurrection and reckon for his worldly deeds.
