The end of the disbelievers (e) (L-3155)

وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ 38 فَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 39 وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 40 وَلَقَدْ جَآءَ ءَالَ فِرْعَوْنَ ٱلنُّذُرُ 41 كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَٰهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ 42 أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَآءَةٌ فِى ٱلزُّبُرِ 43 |

38. Wa laqad sabbahahum- bukratan 'Azaabum-mustaqirr. 39. Fazuuquu 'Azaabii wa Nuzur. 40. Wa laqad yassarNal- Qur-'aana liz-Zikri fahal mim- muddakir. (Section 2/9) 41. Wa laqad jaaa-'a ‘Aala Fir-'awnan-Nuzur. 42. Kazzabuu bi-‘AayaatiNaa kullihaa fa-‘akhazNaahum ‘akhza 'Aziizim-Muqtadir. 43. 'A-kuffaarukum khayrum-min
‘ulaaa-'ikum ‘am lakum
baraaa-'atun fiz-Zubur. |

38. And
in truth the punishment decreed befell them early in the morning. 39. Now
taste My punishment after My warnings! 40. And
in truth We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; but is there any that
remembers? 41. And
warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 42. Who
denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp
of the Mighty, the Powerful. 43. Are
your disbelievers better than those, or have you some immunity in the
scriptures? |
It is commanded: There came upon them punishment by morning, which had already been fixed for them, that is to say, it was decided that if they did not repent of bad habits, their townships would be uprooted and hurled down, and stones will be rained on them from above which will be brought by winds. It was the calamity from which they were frightened and which was fixed for them. So they tasted the punishment of wrong deeds after warning!
It is commanded: Such dreadful things have been explained in Holy Qur’an, understanding of which is not so much difficult. That will find who will contemplate. However, there is no cure of the person who does neither hear and nor meditate.
After that it is commanded: The people of
Pharaoh, who belonged to Egypt, rebelled and went astray. Warners came to them
and showed many miracles for threatening them, but all of them denied Our
Signs, so We seized them. Pharaoh and his entire Army were drowned. Are your
disbelievers better than those or have you immunity in the Scripture that you
can do as you wish and you will not be punished?
