23. There
they pass from hand to hand a cup wherein is neither vanity nor cause of sin. 24. And
there go round, waiting on them menservants of their own, as they were hidden
pearls. 25. And
some of them draw near unto others, questioning, 26. Saying:
Lo! Of old, when we were with our families, we were ever anxious; 27. But
Allah has been gracious unto us and has preserved us from the torment of the
breath of Fire. 28. Lo!
We used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful. |
It
is commanded: Cups filled with wine will be presented before the dwellers of
the Paradise who will exchange them with one another happily and with pleasure.
That will be such wine which will neither make them senseless, nor is wherein
vanity and nor cause of any sin. There will
circulate among them such chaste servant boys especially for them, as if they
were pearls well-protected. The dwellers of Paradise will approach one another, inquiring of each other.
All of them will praise and glorify Allaah Almighty and say: We were
afraid and confused in our houses during worldly life that “Don't know what
will happen to us in the Hereafter”. Allaah Almighty has shown His Mercy
very much and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire. We used
to supplicate Him in the world for salvation from the Hell. Today He has saved
us by His Grace. Indeed, It is He Who is the Beneficent, the Merciful.
