32. Those
who avoid enormities of sin and abominations, save the unwilled offences -
(for them) lo! Your Lord is of vast mercy. He is Best Aware of you (from the
time) when He created you from the earth, and when you were hidden in the
bellies of your mothers. Therefor ascribe not purity unto yourselves. He is
Best Aware of him who wards off (evil). |
It was commanded earlier: Allaah Almighty may reward those who do good with goodness. Here it has been described concerning them who are righteous people. It is commanded: Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, for instance, killing, plundering, fornication, thieving or such things by which a mankind inclines towards sins, for example, drinking wine, dancing and singing songs etc.
Those who turn away from such sins and do not commit them intentionally, they are righteous people. If they have committed slight sins, they will be forgiven. Without escaping from the evils; no one can be righteous, although he says that he is righteous.
It is commanded: Allaah Almighty is Well
Aware that who is righteous and who is wrongdoer. Don’t brag concerning
yourselves. Mankind is born wallowing in filth. Only he is good near Allaah
Almighty who is saved from the sins.
