Wrong ideas (L-3131)

أَمْ لَهُ ٱلْبَنَٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ 39  أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ 40 أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ 41  أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْمَكِيدُونَ 42  أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ 43

39.  ‘Am  lahul-banaatu  wa  lakumul- banuun. 40.  Am  tas-'aluhum  ‘ajran-  fahum-mim-magramim-musqaluun. 41. ‘Am  'indahumul- Gaybu  fahum  yaktubuun. 42.  ‘Am  yuriiduuna  kay-daa.  Fallaziina  kafaruu  humul- makiiduun. 43.  ‘Am  lahum  ‘ilaahun  ghayrUllaah.  SubhaanAllaahi  'ammaa  yushrikuun.

39. Or has He daughters whereas you have sons? 40. Or ask you (Muhammad) a fee from them so that they are plunged in debt? 41. Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down? 42. Or seek they to ensnare (the messenger)? But those who disbelieve, they are the ensnared! 43. Or have they any god beside Allah? Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!

It is commanded: Have they liked sons for themselves and consider that Allaah has daughters? It seems that they did not understand Allaah Almighty correctly, because they consider Him inferior to themselves (Let us flee to God), so they don’t care concerning His Commandments. O Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him): Is the reason of their attending not to you that you ask of them a payment of causing to hear them Commandments, by which they are by debt burdened down? Or they are aware of invisible matters which they have in written form, so they don’t consider it necessary to hear your Sayings? Do they wish to overpower the Truth by deceiving? So they should bear in mind that their all such tricks are punishable. Instead of pressing the Truth down they themselves will be tormented. Do they think that they have some more gods who will support them and save from the punishment of Allaah Almighty? Repent of your sins! Who can be God except Allaah Almighty? They cannot harm Allaah Almighty by polytheism. He is such Incomparable God Who is Eternal (without beginning or end of Existence).
