Chapter “ZAARIYAAT” - (The Winnowing Winds) - 51
‘A-‘uu-zu Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek
refuge in Allaah from Satan the
outcast)
Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)
|
وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرْوًا 1 فَٱلْحَٰمِلَٰتِ وِقْرًا 2 فَٱلْجَٰرِيَٰتِ يُسْرًا 3 فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَٰتِ أَمْرًا 4 إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٌ 5 وَإِنَّ ٱلدِّينَ لَوَٰقِعٌ 6 وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلْحُبُكِ 7 إِنَّكُمْ لَفِى قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍ 8 يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ 9 |

1. Waz-Zaariyaati zarwan. 2. Fal-haamilaati wiqran. 3. Fal-jaariyaati yusran. 4. Fal-muqassimaati ‘Amran. 5. ‘Innamaa tuu-'aduuna la-saadiq. 6. Wa ‘innad-Diina la-waaqi'. 7. Was-samaaa-'i zaatil-Hubuk. 8. ‘Innakum lafiii qawlim- mukhtalif. 9. Yu'-faku
'anhu man ‘ufik. |

1. By
those that winnow with a winnowing 2. And
those that bear the burden (of the rain) 3. And
those that glide with ease (upon the sea) 4. And
those who distribute (blessings) by command, 5. Lo!
That wherewith you are threatened is indeed true, 6. And
lo! The judgment will indeed befall. 7. By
the heaven full of paths, 8. Lo!
You, forsooth, are of various opinion (concerning the truth). 9. He
is made to turn away from it who is (himself) averse. |
It is commanded: You see the winds which begin to blow and scatter the dust by dispersing, then carry the clouds (a load of water) and glide with ease for spreading them here and there; and cause to rain everywhere by the Command of Allaah Almighty. Those (winds) perform all such duties according to a determined system and a prescribed rule. You will come to know by meditating in it that all concerned matters; with effect from the beginning of the world to the end; which are described, are true and consequence of all movements and activities will appear at last, that is to say, the Day of Resurrection will be established. Every mankind will be punished or rewarded in accordance with personal deeds.
This sky, where a net of stars have been spreading and you see
among them bright pathways, their color will be changed on a Day. You (people)
are of various opinions concerning the Day of Resurrection without any reason.
It is clear obviously that every system in the world is started on account of a
prescribed Rule which at last goes to an end. It aims that such system has
fulfilled its duty. The system of the world is also like the same, which too
will be over on a day and its result will appear. Only such person will deny it
who is disobedient and unlucky.
