Solved problem (L-3284)

فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَـَٔاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ, وَأْتَمِرُوا۟ بَيْنَكُم بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَإِن تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُۥٓ أُخْرَىٰ 6b لِيُنفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِّن سَعَتِهِۦ وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُۥ فَلْيُنفِقْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَآ ءَاتَىٰهَا سَيَجْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا 7 |

6b. Fa-‘in ‘arza'-na lakum fa-‘aatuu-hunna ‘ujuura-hunn. Wa'-tamiruu bayna-kum bi-ma'-ruuf. Wa ‘in- ta-'aasartum fasaturzi-'u lahuuu ‘ukhraa. 7. Liyunfiq
zuu-sa-'atim-min sa-'atih. Wa
man qudira 'alayhi
rizquhuu fal-yunfiq mimmaaa
‘aataahUllaah. Laa yukallifUllaahu nafsan
‘illaa maaa ‘aataahaa.
Sa-yaj-'alUllaahu ba'-da
'usriny-yusraa. (Section 1/17) |

6b. Then, if they give suck for you, give them
their due payment and consult together in kindness; but if you make
difficulties for one another, then let some other woman give suck for him
(the father of the child). 7. Let
him who has abundance spend of his abundance, and he whose provision is measured,
let him spend of that which Allah has given him. Allah asks naught of any
soul save that which He has given it. Allah will vouchsafe, after hardship,
ease. |
It is commanded: When the baby is born from the divorced woman, her term has been completed. Now if she breastfeeds for you, then you must give her payment of giving suck as you pay others for this purpose. And you must confer among yourselves in the acceptable way; instead of thinking about your personal benefit. But if you are in discord, the woman desires to compel you for accepting her conditions whereas you desire to compel her to accept your conditions, then let her go in such circumstances and make arrangement of any other woman who may give suck to your infant. Let a man of wealth spend from his wealth with open heart. However that whose provision is restricted - let him spend from what Allaah has given him. Allaah Almighty does not charge a soul except according to what He has given it. He will bring about ease after hardship.
